This proud, standing goat mascot is overlooking the main quad of the campus. In the early days of the college a real goat, affectionately named Gompei after the student who took care of it, lived on campus and was paraded on a leash to the athletic field before games. We also made reductions of the sculpture to serve as awards. We created another goat sculpture for the campus as well.
